In a bizarre turn of events, 3 local amateur ghost hunters have gone missing during a ghost hunt livestream last Friday.
Brandon Harris (22), Shaun Hoskins (24), and Lisa Mitchell (20) were last seen by viewers of the livestream on YouTube between midnight and around 2:20 AM, when the broadcast took a mysterious turn.
Eden Star News spoke to one of the viewers of the livestream for more details about the incident.
“They were checking out this abandoned factory on the south side of the city,” said viewer Jenna H. “Then Brandon starts freaking out saying he heard something behind them. They start running, the camera drops, and then… nothing. Camera’s still recording but nothing happens. No one’s there. Stream cuts out an hour later.”
Friends and family of the missing three individuals have said they have not heard from any of them since Friday.
Eden police confirmed receiving reports about the incident shortly after the livestream ended, and are currently investigating.
